Enjoy BLUEGRASS entertainment by LARRY SHEW & THE SHEW STRING BAND! They are some of the Valley's finest artists who will be performing at a Dinner & Show in the Carriage House at the Ligonier Country Inn, Laughlintown. Let the hot sounds of bluegrass melt away the winter blahs!
MENU CHOICES:
Tossed mixed green salad with choice of 3 dressings.
1) Smothered Chicken: Savory marinated chicken breast topped with caramelized onions & bacon, finished with shredded cheddar-jack mixture and served with Inn Rice and steamed buttered broccoli.
2) Broiled Tilapia with Cilantro Cream Sauce, served with Inn Rice and steamed buttered broccoli.
Dessert: Chocolate Cake with Raspberry Sauce.
Cocktails at 6:30 PM, Dinner at 7 PM, Show at 8 PM. Cash Bar Available. Dancing after the show.
