Initial Line-up Announced
In addition to appearances by the Del McCoury Band throughout the weekend, Sam Bush, Railroad Earth, Peter Rowan and The Free Mexican Airforce, J.D. Crowe and The New South, Tim O'Brien, The Infamous Stringdusters, The Lee Boys, Joe Craven, Dan Paisley & The Southern Grass, the Davisson Brothers Band, and Vinegar Creek Constituency are among those already confirmed. DelFest Academy
Attention all students of bluegrass music! The inaugural DelFest Academy will be offered May 18 - 21, 2009 at our festival site in Cumberland, featuring three days of classes and performances for banjo, mandolin, fiddle, guitar and bass as taught by members of the Del McCoury band and others. Enrollment and more information in the coming weeks, so stay tuned!
